J.P. Jay Associates, Inc. handled all of the wood furniture & metal shelving for our 6.4 million dollar facility which opened in January 2001. That included our three public service desks, too. When we were in the planning phase Jim Malise met with our furniture committee once a week for about 9 months. He was very good with all the details that were necessary to bring out the Arts & Craft design we were looking for.
Everyone with J.P. Jay Associates was a delight to work with. We had lots of questions and they were very responsive. Follow through upon installation was very good. We were very pleased with the highly professional attitude of the company and highly recommend them to your library.
